The Rent Increase Notice Report shows what Tenants are eligible to receive an N1 notice of Rent Increase





Select the Month to report on and leave "Update Tenant Records" as "No" to display which tenenats are eligible for a Rent Increase Notice.



If all Tenants will be receiving rent increase notices run the report with "Update Tenant Records" set to "Yes".   All Tenant record date values will be updated with the next Rent Increase Date notice.
